1. Introduction

Welcome to Airhomestays. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our homestay services.


By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a reservation.


2. Booking and Payment


- Reservation: A reservation is confirmed only when full payment is received.

- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of taxes.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy


-Airhomestays allows hosts to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) Will be enforced to protect both guest and host alike. Each listing and reservation on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. Guests while viewing their travel plans are able to review any penalties and also cancel by clicking ‘Cancel’ on the respective reservation. A host will be able to see the number of reservations a guest has Cancelled Over the past 12 months when the guest submits Booking request.


Flexible: Cancel up to 1 day prior to arrival and get a 100% refund on all bookings.

Moderate: Cancel before 7 days prior to arrival and get 100% refund,

Cancel within 7 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund.

Strict: Cancel before 7 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund.


Refund Policies:

In case of cancellation refund would be made within 5-7 working days to the account from which the booking payment was made.


4. Check-In and Check-Out:


Check in and check out is mentioned by host in each listing. It should be followed.


5. Guest Responsibilities


- Property Care: Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.

- Cleanliness: The property should be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

- Occupancy: Only the guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. No subletting is permitted.


6. Liability

- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

- Injury: We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.


7. Privacy and Data Protection

- Personal Information: We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing your booking and providing our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.


8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances.


9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Haryana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of city Karnal, Haryana 132001.


10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes prior to their stay.
